Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.

“We recently suffered an unexpected and devastating loss in our family. Amidst the deep grief, shock, and emotional exhaustion, we turned to Resurrection Cemetery for what we hoped would be a respectful, peaceful final goodbye. Unfortunately, what unfolded only added to our pain. The day of the burial, we arrived promptly at 10:00 AM, following the funeral procession as guided. As we got out of our vehicles, we were met with a tent set up over a gravesite—but quickly realized something was terribly wrong. This was not the plot that had been prepaid and selected long ago. When we brought this to the attention of the funeral directors, we were told, "This has never happened before." They explained that although the correct plot was marked, the burial vault had been placed in the wrong location. In our moment of deepest mourning, we were asked to hold the service in the mausoleum while they attempted to resolve the issue. Still hoping for some semblance of dignity, we tried to visit the correct site afterward—only to discover that no grave had been dug there either. A second, gut-wrenching mistake. As a grieving family, we were shuffled around, confused and increasingly distressed. They then attempted to dig the correct grave in front of us. We had to put our foot down. This wasn’t just a procedural misstep—this was trauma compounding trauma. No family should ever witness that. We were told to “go get lunch” while they made things right, forcing us to hold the wake before the burial. We returned hours later, and only by 2:30 PM—more than four hours past the scheduled time—were we finally able to lay our loved one to rest. By then, several family members had to leave and missed the burial entirely. That loss of shared closure can never be undone. How does something this critical—this sacred—get mishandled twice in one day? This wasn’t a scheduling error. This was a failure in care, communication, and basic respect. Funerals are one of the most emotionally fragile moments a family will ever endure. We trusted this cemetery with a final act of love—and instead, we were left heartbroken all over again. What happened to us should never happen to another family. Please think carefully before entrusting your loved ones to Resurrection Cemetery. What we experienced was beyond unacceptable—it was traumatizing.”

“The resting place to my paternal grandparents as well as my wife's. I've also recognized many from families that I grew up with from the Saint Joan of Arc parish. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. And may the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.”

“This cemetery is well kept. I walk in this cemetery and I see people cutting the grass weekly. I notice that many of the bare spots in the grass now have grass growing so they must have changed something because in the past I saw a lot of bald spots. I've seen a lot of improvements over the last year. They even brought the hanging baskets with flowers back.”
