“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.

“My 12-year-old son passed in July and the first place that I thought of to care for him was Ingram's. From the viewing to the cremation and all in between, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much Ingrams for your love and dedication and pure care during my family's time of need. Thank you for everything. Thank you for handling everything professionally and with the utmost respect.”

“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ingram Funeral Home, and especially to Timothy Pinson, for their outstanding service during my mother’s recent funeral. Timothy’s compassion, empathy, and professionalism were truly remarkable. From the very beginning, he guided my family with care and patience, making sure every detail was handled with dignity and respect. What stood out the most was Timothy’s continuous support—not only in managing the arrangements seamlessly, but also in the way he personally connected with us during such a difficult time. His kindness brought comfort to our family and made a very painful process a little easier to bear. I cannot thank Timothy and the team at Ingram Funeral Home enough for their support. Their commitment to serving families with such empathy and excellence is truly exceptional.”

“Worst experience I have ever seen from a funeral home. Ingram's used to be family owned but was bought out by a corporation. As most of us know all a corporation is interested in is the bottom line no matter how they get there. It's sad that the Ingram's name is associated with a bunch of money hungry incompetent people. My advice is to stay as far away from this corporate entity as you can.”
