Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I found them already well informed of his history and very willing to help my dads wife with her upcoming legal needs and who she will have to inform of his death so she can change legal documents to her sole ownership of properties and funds which is difficult at best for someone grieving.
