“I and my family would thank the staff at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (Willow Street Pike Home) for all of their assistance during the recent unfortunate passing of our loving father/husband/grandfather, etcetera. From the first pre-planning meeting that we had with Christina Moses, Hector Valdez and their intern (sorry, I didn't recall her name), everything went extremely well. While this was an event that no one would ever want to have to plan, it is something that we all will sooner or later will inevitably have to take care at a very difficult time. Christina and Hector treated us with the utmost respect and dignity during each step of this planning process. This included the selection of the casket, the floral arrangement, musical playlist played during the services and the prayer cards and folders. Pam McCauley did a wonderful job with the prayer cards/folders and the pictures that we brought in for the video tribute! They maintained constant communication with us to ensure that everything was being properly taken care of, to include any changes that needed to be made or anything that we needed to add. Kathryn Helt also helped to make sure that everything was as planned and expected at the viewing. Again, while a funeral service for a loved one is never a pleasant experience, all of the above named staff members and others that assisted, treated us with the utmost respect and dignity during every step while being very professional and courteous to everyone of our family members and friends. You were comforting to us all during a very difficult time! We also appreciate you maintaining contact with me/us even after the services were completed! God bless you all!”
