“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This place doesn’t care about the dead. I witnessed the yard workers kick flowers off of the headstones and run over the head stones with their tractors. There’s tons of tire marks on a lot of headstone’s. My brother headstone has been damaged by the yard workers and nothing has been done about it at all. It’s so sad seeing the way this cemetery treats the dead. My cousin has been buried in the Reedley cemetery for 18 years already and his headstone looks brand new compared to my brothers.I covered up the names on the stones out of respect for the families.”
