Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Do NOT use this funeral home. I couldn't even get a call back. Jason is dangerous. He will spread rumors and stalk your social media. It's all about the money!!!! He should be sued. I can't imagine turning my loved one's body over to him. He's a disgraceful liar to this profession. It's so creepy that he would share anything with anyone about me!!!!! I've seen bad posts here, and they have disappeared!!! I'm not surprised. Golubski has a good reputation. I picked this hole at random. I regret it.”
