Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“WARNING!!! Please do not use them in your time of grief. If I could tell you everything that happened I would give you my phone number, but you have to know me personally to get the actual facts. I had a horrible experience here burying my Beloved Dear Aunt. He is not a good communicator at all. He was not straight forward with me, led me to believe things were happening that did not, and put me in a hard predicament in the end. The other staff members were genuine which is why they have the 1 star. I hold nothing against the staff but I do feel sorry for them having to work under the direction of someone like him. Just so you know, he will get himself worked up, raise his voice at you, and try to fast talk you. This behavior pushed me to act outside of my self, angering me and sending me to outrage while at work. All I can say is "DON'T!" "PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!" You will regret it. Go to any of the other funeral homes, not this one! This has been a true learning experience for me on what I should not experience during grief and mourning and if nothing else, I hope this post is a learning experience for the staff.”
