“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Dad looked at peace, which gave my mom and family peace and comfort, that was our goal and theirs's also. The graveside service was beyond what we expected, absolutely done with care, concern and professionalism. The Memorial of life service was attended by 150 plus people and Newcomer and Michael were there to insure all went perfect without a problem. It is hard to find a business that really puts the customer first, and with care and service. Thankyou to Michael and Newcomer for coming along side us and helping us during this time.”
