Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

This resulted in disabled men trying to fill in. When confronted with this issue she lied and said they were there. This was a complete lie as I watched the complete transportation process. Also, per the flower shop the boutonniere were delivered, but apparently this business lost or stole the pallbearers boutonniere and they didn't show up until after the funeral. If you like liars then this is the company for you. If you want respect, dignity then I personally recommend spending your money with another company.”
