Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Horrible maintenance of the graveyard where tomb stones full of mud and crabgrass. When I visited my late brother's grave yesterday, we couldn't find his graves because it was covered with mud and long crabgrass everywhere. It took us long time to find it; then we pulled the weeds and cleaned up the tombstone from muds and dusts. Thank God my BF did carry paper towels and water in his car; otherwise, it would be a big messy clean up project. I couldn't imagine how a three years tomb were being ignored and let it be rotted.”

“Poorly maintained grounds. The gravestones are constantly disturbed with the heavy tractors they use to bury someone else. We have complained to management and they say they'll take care of it but don't. Even if they say they do and do it it's super upsetting to see the grave of our loved one in such condition. It seems I'm not the only one complaining here about the lack of maintenance, hopeful this review helps upper management to reevaluate their current staff and perhaps hire someone that can truly manage this cemetery better. To the grave diggers: show some respect for the other people already interred there and don't make such a mess.”
