“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Thank you is not enough for the service they provided, I can tell you about how the parking lot fit more then 63 cars, welcoming over 250 people to pay their respects to my father But why I chose this, was because of Lou himself along with his sidekick his wife Susan who helped me through those tough times while my father was still in hospice, spoke to me like a friend, and told me the procedure, as not everyone knows what to do when your loved one passes away. So when my father passed away, DiGacamo Funeral Home is the one I called first. Lou and Susan made everything possible to get everything done right, even to the tiniest detail, Lou would not leave anything to chance.
