Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Our daughter Erika Ford had tragically and suddenly passed away on November 1,2023. She had lived in the Orlando area for about 3 1/2 years, but we had no idea who to select to do her Funeral services. So, we asked her Best friend, who was her co- worker if he knew of any Funeral Homes he could refer us to. He had recommended Dobbs Cremation& Funeral Services. Douglas and his son Brandon had done a wonderful job with scheduling the Church service and transfer of her to our home in Illinois for her burial.
