“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“The lawns are well kept and it looks like a soft green carpet. However, the main entrance on Greenback Lane is a little tricky to navigate because there is little room to slow down before making a right turn into the cemetery. I was afraid the cars behind me were in a hurry to beat the coming traffic lights just before the freeway. A safer way for me is to go past the main entrance and make a right turn at the traffic lights on Verner Ave. Then the back or side entrance would be to the right after the apartment complex. I was there the other day to ask help in finding two Air Force officers that were buried there. I photographed them during the ceremony twenty years ago but I’m afraid the Veterans Memorial side has been improved over the years with more occupants now. I went to the office and they were very gracious and promised to help me with my search by notifying me when they come up with something.”
