Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Jessica was supposed to help me with arrangements for my son , she kept leaving the room to ask other staff for help and when I asked to speak to someone else she said everyone was gone. I signed a release for my sons body to be picked up by my hometown Mortuary, she did not fax the form. JESSICA was also on a nickname basis "JESS" with my sons father who had not spoken to my son in years . This place is all Corporate and uncaring. The only person that was helpful was Richard.”
