“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I would choose this funeral home a thousand times over and tell everyone that I know to be confident in the team there. There were a few hiccups with the insurance initially, but we got through it( insurance back-office drag). James did everything in his power to assistmy family and move the process along as quickly as possible in order to get my Dad laid to rest in a timely manner. His knowledge of the business and his empathy are unmatched. I cannot thank him enough for getting me through this time. Would recommend...5 star service hands down.”

“I had the most wonderful positive experience with CW Morris. They were professional, respectful, kind, and considerate. They helped us through every step in my mother's funeral. When they said they needed to check with cemetery, they followed through and contacted us. When we needed to change her makeup they worked with me to get it right. We had a senior who didn't bring her wheelchair and they found a chair with wheels for her. They even checked on us after they funeral. I world 100% recommend them to anyone. They did a great job!!!”
