Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This company is horrible. They use old sheets that are bloody stained to pick up love ones with. They wash them at laundry mats and expect it to be sparkly clean. Don't have them pick up your love ones. An if they are stained they try to hide it when wrapping up the love one to carry out. They even leave dead bodies out before embalming an then work on them the next day or hours later. He even pays his work every 60 days which is very unlikely legal or not right. Worker told me he gets paid every 60 days because he bills mortuary last day of the month an if they don't pay he lets it go an causes his workers to get paid later. I felt bad for the guy. This place sucks.”
