Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I’m furious, they damaged my dad’s marker and didn’t even contact me to explain what happened. I am demanding a phone call from the office of this cemetery to contact me immediately. Also the grounds are over grown, looks terrible. As much as it cost to lay a loved one to rest and this is what I see when I come to visit my dad- UNACCEPTABLE!! This is the damage done to my daddy’s marker. I’m extremely livid with this cemetery and their way of taking care of the ones who are trying to Rest In Peace.”

“As much as you charge for plots, an excessive amount, you would think you would have the common decency to keep the maintenance up on the grounds. It is truly disgusting that you don't. Today, someone had driven a vehicle thru the cemetery over headstones. Maybe put up concrete pillars so someone could not do that? You should have plenty of money!”
