Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Our family is grateful for all the help and swift assistance. Nicole managed in a short time to arrange everything. All staff were accommodating, kind and polite! The space is very beautiful and dignified and brings solace. There is a designated parking lot across from the funeral home, water falls as you enter and a colorful fish tank in the foyer area. We were able to select a casket from their selection available to see in their basement area.
