Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This would have been a 5 star review except for having the misfortune of asking Jolene where i could pick up the item i bought online. She first made it obvious that my question was the last thing she would like to be doing. Then she continued to insist that the email i showed her was not the email they send when your item is ready. Even tho this is the only message i recieved and the subject litterally says. Your order is ready for pick up. I spent less than 4 minutes in the store that could have beem done in 5 seconds by pointing me in the direction of the orders that are ready for pick up. But she found it more important to try to act like i am a moron and should know better than ask her a question. Reminds me why i order online most of the time. I hope this lady doesnt have anyone working under her. Wow if you hate people dont work in retail.”
