Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I have loved ones buried here. The people in the office were helpful at the time. Really depends on who's there. Location was picked out by our loved ones. I've had issues with theft at the gravesites. Pretty unbelievable what some people will do while they're visiting. From taking decorations flowers and even swapping out the ground vases. Makes you question what is the point of the security patrolling during the day. I'm sure there's no security at night.”

“Laid my grandma Mercy to rest on Friday 11/15/24. First of all, this cemetery is very small and intimate and it was easy for my family members to find the ceremony. Second of all, the staff Valentina and Jacky were very sweet and compassionate with my family and I. I'm sure that working in that industry is really difficult and I really appreciated their understanding and help in making sure the ceremony was on our terms and that we had much time to spend there. I really appreciated the fact that both of the ladies didn't rush us and told us many times to let us know when we were ready to move forward with all of the things that we wanted to do. My grandma had a beautiful ceremony and leaving a review for them is the least that I can do for the both of them.
