Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“My folk's graves are afterthoughts. The site is always overgrown, and gravesite plaques sink every year; we do maintenance ourselves. We've even trimmed a tree of dead branches. My dad's been there since 1993, it used to be beautiful, back when when my mom bought 3 gravesites. Now she's buried there (2003) and the deteroration is stark. Don't do it.”

“FIRST OF ALL, THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE HAS THE RATING IT HAS IS BECAUSE 3 "LOCAL GUIDES" SUBMITTED 5 STAR REVIEWS WITH NO ACTUAL REVIEW TO BACK UP WHY JUST TO PAD THE REVIEWS. OTHERWISE THIS WOULD BE A 1 STAR PLACE It has been a bit since I went there, but someone else brought this place up and I thought I should write a review. The first thing I noticed when I pulled in to visit the mausoleum was the weeds everywhere coming through the parking lot and how unkempt everything looked. Weeds around headstones, sunken headstones. Does anyone take care of this place,? Entered the mausoleum and there is a definite stale odor. Unpleasant. Went to the second floor down and the whole floor had no lighting except SOME of the shadow boxes. Only SOME. Did have a crazy encounter, though. Stopped at one shadowbox and was admiring how beautiful tge woman was in the picture from when she was young, and I said out loud to my friend, "Look, she is so beautiful" and from down the hallway came a muffled female "Thank you" . She rests on the second floor down, right hand side, sort of toward the end of the hall. Call me crazy, but...hey. At any rate, a BIG HARD PASS ON THIS DUMP. I WAS THERE FOR ONLY AN HOUR AND SAW NOTHING BUT POOR MSINTENENCE EVERYWHERE. DO RIGHT BY YOUR LOVED ONE AND STEER CLEAR.”

“30 years ago this place was absolutely beautiful......today it is in shambles. My father was laid to rest here in June 2019 and my family is appalled at the sight and care of this place. The once beautiful fountains are broke down and full of algae and critters. The irrigation is not working. The grounds are unkept and the gravestones are overgrown. Something must be done! I smell a lawsuit!”
