Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“We had the best experience at Oaknoll Memorial Garden with my Mothers burial and choosing of her marker. Auriana helped me choose a marker for my sweet Mom and was so patient and understanding of how hard this was for me. I had a very hard time getting through it without crying, she gave me all the time I needed and was so very kind. She promised me she would keep me informed on when it would be done and delivered.. she kept her promise. It only took 4 weeks to get there and they had it placed on her grave the next day. “My daughter and I had to stop in the office yesterday and we spoke with Victoria, Auriana and Javis. They were all AMAZING to us. While there a family member of mine actually called Victoria and frankly was being very rude. I apologized multiple times for the person but Victoria handled it very respectfully and professionally!
