Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“My name is Ms Jimmi Ross, my mom passed away on September 21,2021. at Fish Memorial they called Unity Funeral Homr after we left the hospital around 2:30 am…. I called Unity about 2:40 to make sure the hospital was on point.. I don’t know who I spoke to when I called but I think it was Dawn. She was so kind, pleasant, sympathetic and professional on the phone at 2:40 in the morning. She told me that the hospital had already called and she has all my information.
